FG Schaub is a custom home builder based in Winter Park, FL with a focus on luxury homes with open, spacious, modern design. They came to Markham & Lambert seeking to improve their digital marketing footprint through an active presence on social media, high-quality video production, and stunning photography.

Social Media

We have been tasked with publishing custom content, promoting all FG Schaub homes for sale, engaging with existing and potential customers, responding to reviews, comments, and much more via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Our goal is to help FG Schaub sell both their existing new homes and contracts for new custom-designed homes. To date, we have assisted in the sale of multiple existing homes and over a half dozen custom homes in the Winter Park Chain-of-Lakes area.

Video Production

Our high-end video production company, Studio Markham, captures beautiful footage of FG Schaub’s luxury homes both with conventional methods and with modern drone cameras. Once we have the footage, we create a cinematic commercial with a script, voice-over, and post-production editing. These commercials are used by us on the FG Schaub social media channels and by local realtors to help promote the home to potential buyers.

Photography

We shoot and edit a large number of extremely high-quality photos of each home for FG Schaub allowing for a wide selection of rooms, angles, and views. With these in hand, FG Schaub realtors and our social media team can promote the entire home from the front curb to the lakefront in the backyard and everywhere in between. These beautiful photographs create a wonderful visual story enhancing the brand’s reputation for luxury and modern design.
